When we ask for extra sauce, it is never a problem paying for extra. You have to pay for extra stuff and we get that.. but when I ask for extra sauce while placing my order, and ask to make sure at the window and you say you will make sure it's there, when I get home I should have extra sauce! This is almost an every time thing.. we love jacks and have been going there since we were kids and have had family work there. We just want the service standards to get back to the standards that used to be so high..
Very slow and bad service. We waited in line for 15 minutes to get our food. But they deserve a compliment on their good food.
Not sure why they changed the burger patties. They taste weird. The old burger patties tasted like a home cooked burger. Guess they have new owners or something.
A chain restaurant serving chicken and fried chicken products. I enjoy both their chicken tenders, and fresh cooked chicken pieces. The service is fantastic, and there is usually someone around to greet you. Service can be somewhat slow during busy times but that is like any other fast food restaurant.
I often go out of my way to eat at Jack's since there are none where I live. This one did not disappoint. Great food and fast, friendly service.
