They are much friendlier and compassionate... and seem to really care.
They would not even let me see my own x-rays that I paid cash for!?
First time I went here I noticed something strange they were all kind of short with me... the staff. Seems to be all females working there. Anyway I noticed on my first visit the place was kind of dirty. Just look at the walls and doors (if you go there), and you will see what I mean. Could use a good scrubbing. Went a second time recently and same thing very Curt staff. Didn't detect any friendliness whatsoever.
The other review from an anonymous Google user is probably garbage from someone who works there or one of their friends or relatives most likely.
Although I have excruciating pain in my shoulder the doctor refused to give me an excuse for work. My work is what caused the damage in the first place. So now I must endure the agony or lose my job.
Supposedly the x-rays go somewhere else electronically and then they get the results via fax. Sounds Shady to me. I wonder if they even really took x-rays? Anyway that's the last $300 they'll get out of me!
I'm very pissed the nurse and nurse practitioner was more interested in me spitting in the garbage can and made me change bag out than figuring out what was wrong with me. My complaint was shortness of breath and back pain then week later went to ER with same complaints had three blockages!!!
I would recommend anyone needing a clinic to try "The Grove" right next door!
They have treated me very well in my 6 years of going there. I've tried alot of doctors but none of them made me feel comfortable enough to stay or let them be my doctor. Dr Rick Rickard is my favorite doctor and i wouldn't change it.
If there was something good to say... I would say it... but there simply is not.
