Traci was wonderful. The wait, however, is about an hour of from your appointment. Also, there are certain things that should be discussed face to face, not over the phone when questions cannot be answered.
They are very 2 face, fake and judgmental. If something happens they only listen and view one side of what happened. The female who is one of the nurse partitioners that treats the patients, is very unprofessional and says she don't care. She is mean and yelled at me for asking what was taking so long. She called me names and got in my face triggering me. She shouldn't be treating nobody.
