I love Freed because it's a place where you can grow spiritually as well as grow in Christian love with your brothers and sisters in Christ. There are so many opportunities to make new friends and have fun as well as getting to know more in depth about a certain subject which may go along with your major. If you've declared a major of course. I'm so happy I chose to go to this school. I feel uplifted and encouraged everyday by those that attend this university, and sometimes even the professors. The one thing that was so noticeable when I first came here is how Bible minded and faith based some professors are, even though it's not a Bible class. I love being able to pray before or after our class. I'm also so glad we have every opportunity to worship our God in chapel. I'm just so thankful and blessed to be a student here at FHU. Love this university!

This is my home away from home. Love Freed Hardeman University!! It may have flaws, but that's what makes it great. If you get the chance to tour, please come and meet our students and staff. You won't find anywhere like it.
This is a fantastic Christian University. My wife and I loved FHU and Henderson so much we chose to make Henderson our home after graduation and have been here for 10 years.
I'd like to say in response to Drake Maxwell: Sorry to hear about that. What you experienced is not an accurate depiction of FHU, or more importantly, of Christianity. Any church or Christian University is going to be misrepresented by a few. Having spent 4 years at FHU, I can confidently say it is a great place and provides a great Christian environment.
