Took way to long when I was told 30 minutes and it took 2 hours
Very slow and missed a concussion that I had. Since I’m an out of state college student my insurance will only cover urgent care doctors. So, it is my only option. I’ve had to wait at least 2 hours both times I’ve been here. If it is called fast pace they need to uphold the “fast” part of it.

Dr. was nice and helpful, got me in end of day on a Saturday...so that we very good. Took a long time to hear back on test results, and the billing process was awful. I clearly paid the deductible from my bank records and they have no record of it so chasing to get my billing correct.
